The University Board evaluated the 2023/24 half-year plan implementation report.

#Samara University: February 17/2024 Samara University Board held a thorough evaluation on 2023/24 fiscal year, half-year plan implementation and has unanimously approved.

After the field observation, discussion with the university community and evaluation of the submitted report, the board expressed the implementation as it has been tested by many challenges and is much better than last year’s performance.

In addition, the board members reviewed and approved the University’s transition roadmap towards applied science university.

The board discussion also emphasized on the university’s areas of excellence,and the board has expressed it’s commitment to support.

Finally, by identifying the points to be improved, the board suggested to prepare a special plan to fix them in the next six months, in doing so, said Mr. Sileshi Girma (board chairman) in his final statement, the board is dedicated to support all aspects of the university’s plan execution ahead.

In his closing remarks Dr. Mohammed Usman (president of SU) said, “the board’s timely discussions, strong support and clear directions have given the university a great potential to reach its current height, We sincerely thank honorable board members for today’s visit and discussion, the feedbacks given, the consensus we reached are very interesting and encouraging.”

የሠመራ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ቦርድ የዩኒቨርሲቲውን የ2016 በጀት አመት የግማሽ ዓመት ዕቅድ አፈፃፀም ሪፖርት ገምግሞ አፅድቋል ።

ቦርዱ በመስክ ምልከታ:ከዩኒቨርሲቲው ማህበረሰብ ጋር ባደረገው ውይይት እና የቀረበውን ሪፖርት ከገመገመ በኃላ:የ2016 የግማሽ አመት የእቅድ አፈፃፀም በብዙ ተግዳሮቶች ተፈትኖ ያለፈ እና ከባለፈው አመት አፈፃፀም በእጅጉ የላቀ እንደሆነ ገልጾ በሙሉ ድምፅ አፅድቋል::

በተጨማሪም ቦርዱ ዩኒቨርሲቲው ወደ ተግባር ዩኒቨርሲቲ ለመሸጋገር ያዘጋጀውን ስትራቴጂክ እቅድ ገምግሞ ተገቢነቱን በማ ረጋገጥ አፅድቋል::

ዩኒቨርሲቲው በተሰጡት የልህቀት መስኮች ላይ አተኩሮ መስራትና እንዳለበት እና ቦርዱም ይህን ለመደገፍ እንደሚሰራ ገልጿል::

በመጨረሻም ቦርዱ መሻሻል አለባቸው ያላቸውን ነጥቦች በመለየት: በቀጣይ ስድስት ወራት በልዩ እቅድ መሰራት እና መስተካከል እንዳለባቸው በመጠቆም ቦርዱም ይህን ለመደገፍ ይሰራል ሲሉ የቦርዱ ሰብሳቢ አቶ ስለሺ ግርማ በማጠቃለያ ንግግራቸው ገልጸዋል::

በማጠቃለያ ንግግራቸው ዶ/ር መሀመድ ኡስማን (የሠዩ ፕሬዝዳንት) “የቦርዱ ወቅታዊ ውይይቶች ፣ ጠንካራ ድጋፍ እና ግልፅ አቅጣጫ መስጠት ዩኒቨርሲቲው አሁን ካለበት ደረጃ ላይ ለመድረስ ከፍተኛ አቅም ነበር፣ ለዛሬው ጉብኝትና ውይይት ከልብ እናመሰግናለን:የተሰጠን አስተያየት: የደረስንበት መግባባት በጣም አስደሳች እና የሚያበረታታ ነው” ሲሉ ገልጸዋል::
